An individual who embraces a subculture/s who demographically does not really understand or comprehend the subcultures history, purpose or retrospect due to environmental upbringing and/or lack of information and arrogance. Mostly defined by suburban youths and young adults that move to urban meccas to fulfill a lifestyle that is attractive to them, but out of reach until they find a way to penetrate communities of sub genres within certain subcultures to fit in or represent something they know nothing about.

Hawk-eyed bus-tour agents mounting watch at the intersections, flaunting printed signs tucked in the bands of their visored caps to advertise their business, claim they can spot the hickster nine times out of ten.
