a) A page in a book (e.g., a scrapbook) where one can write down special memories, leave momentoes and other items of one or more events.

The yearbook had a nice memory page for the teen-aged girl who died in a car accident this past winter.

b) A page in an annual publication (e.g., a high school yearbook) dedicated to honoring the memory of a person who died during the past year. Often contains one or more photographs, life dates and other comments such as a verse.
